Hello, I’m Lucy — the face behind Fluffs Dog Grooming 🐾

For the past three years, I’ve been lucky enough to run a successful dog walking business, spending my days with some truly amazing pups. That experience confirmed what I’ve always known at heart — I absolutely love working with dogs. They bring so much joy, personality, and companionship, and being around them every day never feels like work.

I decided to turn that passion into a skill, which led me to create Fluffs Dog Grooming — a space where I can care for dogs in a hands-on, creative way while helping them look and feel their very best.

Today, Fluffs Dog Grooming is built on a foundation of professional excellence. I am both Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified, meaning your dog isn't just getting a haircut—they are receiving a precision groom tailored to their specific breed standard and coat health.

Our "One-to-One" Philosophy

At the heart of Fluffs is a promise: one-to-one, gentle, and attentive care. I don't believe in assembly lines or crowded waiting rooms. Instead, I offer a serene, private environment where your dog is the sole focus of attention. This "slow grooming" approach allows me to build a bond of trust with every guest, from the tiniest puppy to the most senior soul.

Whether it’s a specialised hand-strip or a signature styling session, I combine high-level skill with a soft touch.
