Our sessions are a "sensory tour" of the grooming world, tailored to your pup's age and vaccination status:
The "Slow" Bath: A relaxing wash using organic, puppy-safe shampoo.
The Fluff Dry: A low-noise dry to ensure they aren't spooked by the equipment.
Gentle Socialisation: Getting used to the sound of the clippers and the feel of the table.

We recommend bringing your puppy to see us as soon as they are fully vaccinated (usually around 12–14 weeks). Starting early—even if they don't "need" a full haircut yet—prevents grooming anxiety later in life.

What age can my puppy have their first groom?
As soon as they have had their second set of vaccinations, usually around 12 to 14 weeks. Starting young helps them take grooming in their stride for life.
What happens at a puppy introduction?
It is short, gentle and all about positive associations: a first taste of the bath, the dryer, being handled, and having paws and ears touched, with plenty of praise and cuddles so the salon feels like a happy place.
Will my puppy be frightened?
My salon is one to one and completely calm, with no other dogs waiting, so your puppy has my full attention. I never rush them and always work at a pace that keeps them comfortable.
How much is puppy grooming and how often?
Puppy introductions start from around 35 pounds. Regular early visits, every few weeks at first, build the confidence that makes grooming easy for the rest of their life.
